Handcrafted small batch Gin. Made from rich smooth Red Fife Wheat and a blend of nine botanicals. Juniper, coriander, lemon peel, apple, lavender, angelica, cardamom, cubeb, and sage.

Named for the Millersburg, Kentucky area code, 40348 Whiskey honours bourbon tradition with a distinctive Canadian craft approach. Aged four years in small casks, this mash blend of blue corn, Red Fife wheat, and rye delivers a smooth balance of caramel sweetness, gentle spice, and toasted oak character. This vibrant Blue Curaçao is built the old-school way — a slow, patient citrus infusion that lets real orange character shine. We steep dried sweet and bitter orange peels in a blend of high-proof gin and vodka for 20 days, then finish with a whisper of clove for depth and warmth.
