Acerum Maple Spirit’s name comes from the word Acer, the origins of the Celtic word AC, meaning “hard” (wood). The sugar maple’s botanical name is Acer Saccharum Maish. Saccharum is the Latin word for “sweet”.
Acerum is made from local maple syrup – fermented, twice distilled, and quarter cask finished for two years.
